Exclusive wellness experiences for ultra-high-net-worth clients.
AMEX asked Antidote to deliver a series of wellbeing events to offer as exclusive cardholder perks. These needed to be prestigious experiences that would feel novel to their high-net-worth client base. AMEX wanted to fully outsource these events and needed us to deliver with minimal intervention.
We proposed a series of three-hour-long wellbeing events which were unique without being intimidating, for example, sound healing and breathwork. High-profile professionals would lead the events in distinctive, little-known locations, reinforcing a sense of exclusivity.
Making each event special enough for this demanding client base required more than a fantastic instructor and elegant location – every detail had to be carefully considered. Our interior stylists created immersive environments for each venue, curating the furnishings, subtle scents, gentle music, and chef-created refreshments – everything possible to encourage attendees to unwind as soon as they arrived.
Tara Bromley, the AMEX events planner, was delighted with the results saying,
